Ways to work with us

Three ways in, depending on whether you want a group, private time, or something to work through on your own. The teaching is the same in all three: your real calendar, your real life, and systems that keep running after we go.

The three offerings compared: who each is best for, what it is, where it happens, and the next step.

Build your own systems, with us beside you

A small group, four weeks, one working session a week. The guides show you our systems. The cohort is where you build yours, on your real calendar and your real household rules, with live troubleshooting when something breaks. By the end, the systems run without us.

What you leave with

  • A family calendar that reflects how your life really runs, including the school year already loaded in
  • A task setup that survives a normal week, not just the week you built it
  • The habit of troubleshooting your own systems, so the next thing you want to build, you build
  • The same small group each week, which means nobody re-explains their life from scratch

Someone sits down with you and gets it done

Private time with one of us, on your life, at your pace. Some people want a specific thing built and running by the end of the session. Some want to learn to build it themselves and keep going on their own. We do both, and a short call up front sorts out which one you're after.

Two ways to do it

Priced per session

Private office hours

Open agenda, your stuff. We work on it together and you keep the skill, so the next version of the problem is one you can handle yourself.

  • Getting started with AI. Accounts set up, the right tools for the way you really work, and a first go at something real, so you are not looking at a blank screen wondering what to type.
  • Bring one thing. The calendar that stopped being accurate. The pile of school forms. The prompt that keeps missing. The setup you started in a session and never finished.
  • Or keep going. Some people book a single session and are done. Some book a few across a season and work through one thing at a time.

Priced per project

Custom builds

A fixed piece of work, scoped before we start, built with you rather than handed over. We design and set it up together, in your own tools and accounts, and teach you how it works as we go. You leave with it running and a short written walkthrough, with enough understanding to manage and change it later without booking us again. Nothing we set up sends, spends, or deletes without your approval. You keep the last click.

  • Family calendar setup. The shared calendar, the school year loaded in, and the rules that keep it accurate once other people start touching it.
  • Household to-do setup. One place for the list, built in Notion, that holds up on a normal Tuesday.
  • Something else. A move, a new school year, a caregiver handoff, a household project you want set up properly. Tell us on the call and we'll scope it.

Go deeper at your own pace

Recordings of the sessions that go past the basics, and written guides for the setups people ask us about most. Both are in development, and we'll send them out as they're ready.

What we're building

  • Session recordings. The material that goes beyond the free monthly session, recorded so you can work through it whenever you have an hour.
  • Written guides. Step by step, for the specific setups people keep asking for, including what didn't work the first time.

Not sure which one

Start with something free

Come to a session or read the newsletter first. Neither costs anything, and both will tell you more about how we teach than this page can. If you already know you want help with one specific thing, skip ahead and book the call.
